FIND YOUR LIGHT
A warm candlelit gathering space

Come to

The Well

There is a unique kind of nourishment that comes from gathering face-to-face—sharing a meal, hearing one another’s stories, and building meaningful relationships with the women around us. Each evening has its own theme, but the heart remains the same: thoughtfully prepared food, gentle grounding practices, honest conversation, and warm community connection. The Well meets once a month in Peachtree City, Georgia, just south of Atlanta.

What to expect

How the Evening Flows

Every Sharing Circle follows a simple, restorative rhythm.

Nourishing supper

We begin around the table with a shared meal and easy conversation. It’s a chance to arrive, connect, and enjoy being together.

Grounding Practice

We take a few moments to settle in through simple practices such as breath, gentle movement, sound, or reflection.

Women’s Sharing Circle

Here, we make room for honest conversation, listening, and reflection. You’re welcome to share, or simply be present and listen—there’s no pressure to have the perfect words.

Creative Expression

Creativity offers a way to connect with what we’re feeling and let it move through the body. Through sound, song, movement, art, and other forms of expression, we can explore what’s present without needing to explain it all in words.

Meet the facilitators

Women of The Well

We both felt a deep desire to create something rooted close to home. We believe there is a unique kind of nourishment that comes from gathering face-to-face—sharing a meal, hearing one another’s stories, and building meaningful relationships with the women around us.

Hi, I’m Kaitlyn—a mother, cancer survivor, professional singer and songwriter, and founder of Find Your Light. My experience with cancer and healing deepened my connection to my body, my voice, and the wisdom that can emerge when we slow down and listen. Music and movement are two ways I explore that listening. As a yoga and sound bath facilitator, I invite women to reconnect with their own inner light and wisdom. I also write and create the original music shared at The Well, weaving each song into the theme and intention of the gathering. Through Find Your Light, I share practices and experiences that help women listen more deeply and find their way back to themselves.

Hi, I’m Kaelynn, a mom of three girls and a wellness entrepreneur who deeply values connection and living intentionally. Through Living Water Mama, I’ve explored wellness from the inside out: healthier homes, hydration, nourishing our bodies, motherhood, and creating a life with more purpose and freedom. My own health journey has shaped the way I think about caring for ourselves and the lives we want to create.
