The flow of the evening

The Flow of THE WELL

  1. 6:00 PM

    Shared Supper

Settle in for a shared warm supper, and connect as everyone arrives.

  2. 6:35 PM

    Opening Circle

We’ll gather, settle in with our journals, and introduce the evening’s themes: what we’re ready to release and what we want to carry forward.

  3. 6:40 PM

    Grounding: The Body Speaks First

A gentle practice with breath, body awareness, and voice will help us slow down and listen inward.

  4. 6:55 PM

    Sharing and Reflection

Time for journaling, listening, and optional sharing.

  5. 7:20 PM

    Learn Our Weaving Song

We’ll learn a simple song together before moving to the fire and loom.

  6. 7:30 PM

    Release Offering

Together, we’ll gather at the fire in silence. A host will begin with a personal offering, then each woman will have space to release her written offering to the flames. Sharing words is optional; the moment can be held quietly.

  7. 7:55 PM

    Community Weaving & Song

Once we’re gathered around the loom, we’ll weave together. Each thread represents something we’re ready to build or welcome into our lives, and we’ll sing our weaving song as the shared piece takes shape.

  8. 8:15 PM

    Closing & Farwell

We’ll close with a final reflection or word & gratitude

A natural rhythm rather than a strict schedule — we move as the evening asks us to.
